WHAT DO YOU DO WHEN YOU MISS A GOAL
Typically I Could Get Upset That I Did Not Reach My Goal…In this photo.. a screenshot of my present Point Value which is shy of what I want to achieve by 125 points.. And the reason that I display it here is.. rather than get upset.. I am setting a higher goal for this month! I am a runner… I do whatever it takes to build.. I am relentless.. I am willing to risk.. I expect that others that are like me.. are joining me!And that is how I do anything.. with that feeling of being a runner.. running towards my goals..If I miss one.. I do not let myself wallow in pity or spend any time blaming..I just assess and start again where I am..

When I didn’t reach a goal in the past I would feel bad and berate myself and that would just make it less likely that I would reach a goal the next month.. I have learned a few things since then…
